My boss was the very best. Extremely knowledgable and helpful. Company has a good concept.

Cons

Completely disfuntional organization. Whatever you are promised at hire date will be taken away from you. Your title, salary, your dignity. Essentially you have every employee going in a different direction. Try to make friends with HR and get a good attorney ahead of time. You will need it.

Tremendous growth and a huge market Nationwide presence (offices in Irvine, Silicon Valley, Dallas, Miami, Manhattan...) Pre-IPO Significant talent base Significant upgrade in training, benefits, charity work, etc... in the past 12 months Scale of a large company ($200M+ in Revenue), with some of the nimbleness of a smaller organizations International presence

Cons

Recent downsizing and layoffs have affected morale Significant growth caused hiring growth and I think the plan was a little short-sided
