Pros
Good team mates and technology org tried to run like a start up. Unlimited PTO, decent benefits package.
Cons
CONSTANT business roadmap changes created a lot of whiplash in tech org. Business leadership always called the shots on what they wanted and ignored tech/product input. Private equity ownership seems to have changed the overall culture. Previous CTO was a lot better than the current.
