      Pros

      People are smart, quick, capable, and happy. They are eager to succeed and help you do the same.

      Cons

      Newark is a challenging commute. A NYC headquarters or secondary office option would greatly boost employee productivity.

      Fantastic environment, beautiful new offices ("hubs"), great food, autonomy to make an impact (at least in my role).

      Cons

      Turf wars, difficult to collaborate across silos, consistent celebration of mediocre performance in certain key roles.
