Pros

Audible has been great for my career and really given me a chance to grow as an engineer. Even in an entry level role you have the opportunity to work on and drive the creation of challenging features while utilizing the newest technologies. The benefits are very competitive too.

Cons

Things can be a little disorganized; Audible is a fairly large company at this point but still acts like a small startup in many regards, which is both a good thing and a bad thing

Pros

There are so many talented people working at Audible. I learn something new every day, and I am challenged to consider many viewpoints when making decisions. My input is valued and appreciated, and I can see the results of my work adding to the success of the company.

Cons

Headcount is severely restricted which causes me to have to work long hours, and occasional weekends to keep up with the workload. Though this is no different from other successful employers I have worked for.
