Base pay is low Promotion opportunities are bad unless you are in "inner circle" Although you don't face any kind of direct discrimination, its reflected when it comes to promotions. I have seen cases with 2 Sr Manager who started around same time, both of equal caliber and talent but one of them is VP now and other one is still Sr Manager. If you can throw your team under the bus and take credit for their work, your chances for promotions sky rocket. Overall environment isn't collaborative...had turned into a very toxic environment. If you want to work with a great product but don't want to work hard but if you can show off that you do all the work and if you are good at politics, then its a perfect place for you.
