      Love it! Relaxed environment, everyone is super friendly and extremely intelligent. There is no mircomanaging and you are encouraged to take on projects that are of special interest you

      None that I've experienced so far. Love the jeans and tee shirts atmosphere and can't beat happy hour fridays!

      Pros

      When joining Audible I had what would be considered realistic expectations for a tech company. If you aren't an engineer you're a second class citizen. I WAS WRONG! Audible blew my expectations out of the water. Very rewarding company to work for! Everyone, whether in your org or not, is willing to go above and beyond to help you out. Work hard/Play hard environment that allows you to develop as a professional. You feel like part of the team from day one. Laid back culture that allows for a great work/life balance.

      Cons

      Would love to see a location open closer to Manhattan.
