Pros

It's a workplace where you have the opportunity to learn every single day. Audible is not scared to take chances to improve the overall customer experience. Love the test and trial environment because with these experiences we continue to discover and grow. Not to mention working along with some of the brightest is a great opportunity to challenge oneself.

Cons

Although the days are long and there is plenty of work to go around the company acknowledges this and tries hard to balance things out with the introduction of Wellness Days and Flexible Work Schedules.

Laid back teams are available although some teams aren’t as laid back.

Cons

No upwards mobility. Lots of turn over. They don’t really promote.

Pros

• Leadership makes an effort to hear from and care for their employees • Great benefits • Great culture • Inspiring work and mission • Many opportunities to learn and grow in your role (awesome tuition reimbursement program)

Cons

• There have been changes/shifts in leadership and top priorities every year that I have been there. • Lot of training and learning opportunities, but promotions and expanding beyond your role often takes longer than it should and can be political.
