      Pros

      Some of the most talented people I've ever worked with. Audible's mission is inspiring and the product is awesome. Tremendous future growth opportunity. Challenged to learn and stretch myself everyday.

      Cons

      Not for people who are looking for status quo or an easy ride. Need to be insatiably curious, able to work with ambiguity and not afraid of being challenged to go outside of your comfort zone. The company has grown fast over the past few years and has experienced the typical pains associated with high growth. Not for the faint-hearted or those who don't want to work hard.

      Pros

      Wonderful working environment, fantastic free lunches, fun employee activities. Feel there is room for growth. Sharing ideas is not only welcome but encouraged. Best job I've ever had!

      Cons

      Commute to Newark can be challenging. However, the area is developing and is safe.
