Compelling career opportunity

Pros

High quality work environment, challenging and amazing technology stack with no legacy stuff. The environment is all cloud and we get to experiment with modern tools. Company is only a year plus since founding and is placed well. They take customers health and issues very seriously, which is great to see.

Cons

Manage coverage across time zones better, as we are all distributed.

Lack of vision and impulsive

Pros

I accepted the offer and joined this company without doing enough research on the cofounders. Leadership is impulsive with no vision. Random thoughts each day and each time they speak. Work from home is the only benefit but everyone is working from home. Deeply disappointed and feel betrayed.

Cons

I learned very late about the impulsiveness and history of certain cofounder for his previous startup. An impulsive person with clear toxic intentions. I am waiting to get over the 1 year cliff to get out of this place. I learned about people who were fired couple weeks shy off their 1 year cliff in a previous startup due to impulsiveness. I learned of very disturbing information about mode and biased hiring firing on the previous startup.

This review is patently false -- For example "people who were fired couple weeks shy off their 1 year cliff". How can this be, when the company didn't incorporate until 2019 and shares were not offered until 2020? This is either a troll or a bot.
