Pros

You can be a big fish in a small pond. Good Colombia support team

Cons

Completely changed since Baku takeover and new leadership. Several factions vying to impress new owners and cutthroat among each other.

Pros

Relocated to new office with gym facility Good staff at working level High-Value office in Bogota Columbia in nearly same time zone with Audubon employees that have higher levels of experience than India

Cons

Erratic Project managers Very little technical resources: company templates, weld specialist, inspectors. Budgets are always minimal whereby corners must be cut. Project budget estimates have very little detail so staff needs to make due with what was sold
