Good benefits Decent food at low cost Low level staff are some of the hardest working, humble and amazing people I've ever met.

Cons

Awful pay Horrible management Employees are not valued No opportunity for growth HR is a joke Huge problems are ignored Lawsuits are settled so that the negativity surrounding the club will stay secret Innovation and positive change will never come Mentality that they are above the law because they are a private club in the old south

Pros

Great benefits. Nice discounts on merchandise. Tickets to the masters tournament. Be able to play the course on outing day after Masters Tournament.

Cons

Horrible leadership. No respect for employees that have no supervisor position. Low pay. No promotions within club, they rather hire new unqualified people then reward their own hard working employees. HR department is a mess. You are seen as easy replaceable and will not listen to you and problems you encounter, even if they are extremely serious and involve a supervisor, they rather sweep it under the rug and you quit.

family-oriented, cohesive work environment, team-oriented, greatest show of hospitality i've seen, the pride for the company, legacy, and each other seen in all employees, work setting is as good as it gets, benefits are almost unmatched, pension plan, 401k, medical, dental, vision healthcare plans, additional perks

salary/hourly pay scale for various positions could be better
