Pros

Great benefits. Nice discounts on merchandise. Tickets to the masters tournament. Be able to play the course on outing day after Masters Tournament.

Cons

Horrible leadership. No respect for employees that have no supervisor position. Low pay. No promotions within club, they rather hire new unqualified people then reward their own hard working employees. HR department is a mess. You are seen as easy replaceable and will not listen to you and problems you encounter, even if they are extremely serious and involve a supervisor, they rather sweep it under the rug and you quit.

Pros

I served as a Busser during the 2023 Masters Tournament in Berckmans Place. The managers were very intelligent, encouraging and organized, allowing for smooth sailing during the busy moments of the week. It was an amazing learning experience and I cannot recommend working for the Masters Tournament enough!

Cons

The hours can be long and it can be easy to get tired and frustrated because of the work schedule.
