      Pros

      tuition reimbursement to advance your education and some colleagues are good.

      Cons

      No raises, treat staff like they are criminals and need to be watched all the time. very low pay for the quality of work that is provided.

      Pros

      401k, insurance, guaranteed 40 hours a week. Good learning experience

      Cons

      They do not give consistent annual raises. They no longer give bonuses. Moving up within the company is all about who you know and not what you actually know. There is an attendance points system. If you forget to clock in or out you get .25 point. If you’re late to work you get .50point. If you call out you get 1 point. Call out during holidays are 2 points. Once you reach 8 points you get fired.

      Very low pay for level of tasks and degree required, not too often called, but technically always on call, low guidance for entry level learning, constant learning curve for the low pay
