      Cons

      Compensation is horrible being that new hires pay is based off their desperation for help and not education and experience. Multiple no call/no shows. No pay increase EVER. Company does not care for their employees. They would rather see you leave than to increase your pay by a penny and leave the rest of their staff working like dogs to cover your place before they'll ever step in to help. Multiple positions open for over three years now if that tells you anything.
