Pros

Great work and learning environment. Attendings are approachable and enthusiastic about teaching. Residents all pretty much get along and some become very good friends. Positive environment for growth.

Cons

Clinic can be somewhat of a hassle as far as work flow sometimes. If you are used to big cities you may miss some of the perks of that.
