      Pros

      Did have great benefits. Now that Wellstar bought us out everything has dropped drastically.

      Cons

      Cliquish management doesn't reward dedication and hard work. It's all nepotism and promotions are only give to those in the clique.

      Raises are always a "problem"

      Pros

      Work environment is pretty laid back. For the most part, work ends at 5 PM so there's a good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Raises were very lackluster. I worked in IT for many years there and many years without a raise. Before I left, I went 3 years without a single raise. If anyone said my name there, it would be recognized by colleagues and they would DEFINITELY be surprised to hear that I didn't have a raise. The only way I could get a raise was through promotions, and that meant someone had to leave for it to be available. For my time there, I was promoted into roles 5 times. My next promotion opportunity kept getting pushed back and then ultimately merged with another role to someone who didn't want it and then even they stepped down out of the role.
