      Pros

      GRU employs a wonderful variety of people from different cultures. Every day is different and interesting. The familial atmosphere helps new employees acclimate quickly and makes them feel as if they are truly apart of something significant.

      Cons

      As a state funded facility there is never enough money in the budget to hire the amount of employees needed. Everyone tends to be overworked. Your annual reviews etc. tends to be in the hands of one individual in power.
