      Area's largest, most advanced IT infrastructure. Relaxed work pace. Supervisor very flexible with time off, vacation, etc. Opportunities to learn and develop new skills on the job. Some training. Opportunities at entry level.

      Cons

      Compensation less than industry standards. No salary and merit increases. Benefits reduced or eliminated over time. Limited advancement for senior professionals. IT operations were outsourced to Cerner 18 months after I departed.
