Poor process management, does not give value to employees

As we are in a remote job so there are a few Cons by default 1- Managers not trusting their calibers as they are away from them and almost 0 rules regulate relationship between both 2- Miscommunication is a result of a lot of incidents, so enhancing that process with a lot of standardise processes is the way to go 3- There must be away for teams to be able to see each others physically in an annual basis, so you increase and strengthen the bond between everyone.
