Great office. I would say the best office I worked ay in terms of environment. Buildings team are very nice.

Cons

Need to be very proactive with the line manager. Otherwise, support is limited.

Pros

Great company social culture and flexible working. Very good efforts towards diversity and inclusion. I gained great experience on projects in real time.

Cons

Frequent difficulties in finding work, higher-than-average turnover, difficult to move upwards from a graduate role. Also, some issues with leaders using the power structure to excuse abuse.
