Flexibility and wide work portfolio.

Cons

Low pay compared to the ridiculous amount of hours working. No OT pay. Some senior management and HR incredibly incompetent, not transparent, rude, unempathetic and prejudiced. Compensation, bonuses and other benefits are not great when compared to other similar MNCs.
