Pros

Some really good people that care about their work but most are leaving by the truckload. If you can play along and pretend your manager is the best thing since sliced bread you'll advance quickly.

Cons

HR is as unprofessional as I've ever seen. Senior leadership spends time arguing over expense allocations to make their own dept look good and never get involved in operational issues. Little support for employees trying to solve customer issues. Have to go to meetings about reviews and team building but never really had an annual review or saw real team building. Benefits went from great to subpar while I was there. Cubes are only 4' high, no ability to concentrate at your desk. Had to work extra hours almost every evening at home so I could focus. Senior management treats employees with disdain and provides nearly no support. There are literally employees crying at their desks on any given day.

Horrible

Pros

0, none that I can think of. Going downhill, fast.

Cons

How is this place still running? Eliminate jobs to hire another executive that is a friend of the CEO? Yep. Again. They don't care about employees, training, culture or benefits.

Toxic Culture

Pros

Prior to new leadership, this was a great place to work. Employees cared about the company, its products, and its customers. New management has created a toxic culture and made employees feel unappreciated and scared.

Cons

Micromanagement by senior leadership. Running the company be fear, intimidation, and bullying. The CEO and the CXO (oversees Sales and Marketing) constantly criticize employees and don’t value or appreciate their work. Employees are stressed, frustrated, exhausted, emotionally drained, and constantly worry about their work.
