My coworkers are professional, customer-driven and fun. I have been given numerous opportunities during my career. It is an exciting time at Aureon as the company is growing and we are in the process of transforming from a small to larger company.

Cons

There have been a lot of changes as the company is going through a transformation. Some employees have not been willing or able adapt to the changes.

We have a fantastic company culture and a fun office environment. The company has been in constant growth mode in my 5 years of working here. Our Aureon HR staff takes pride in being client champions and doing the right thing.

Cons

We have several business units all sharing the Aureon name, which sometimes can be confusing to outside businesses.
