Worst CEO in the history of CEOs and the Board of Directors are a joke

Use to be a great company but now is a sinking ship with no vision other than cutting costs.
Cons
The new CEO Scott Behn is the epitome of an authoritarian micro manger. He thinks he is saving the company money but he is really losing the company money by wasting time and resources, by creating red tape on every proposal, expense, client credit etc. Employees are not enabled to do their jobs efficiently and effectively, especially in sales. After creating ridiculous road blocks and products with unreasonable markups, they dump unrealistic quotas on our laps, cut our pay and present lousy comp plans. Marketing and demand gen is sub par at best. The Board of Directors is out of touch and two people should be disqualified from being on the board based on their bylaws. People are leaving at alarming rate for this exact reason. So sad that a company that used to have a great culture has turned into what is now.
