Terrible culture, all issues escalated to the top of the company so expect lots of heat from above.

Pros

The pay seems to be acceptable. If you have little knowledge of manufacturing this is the place for you to rise up the ranks.

Cons

Management does not know what they are doing. Current Production managers knowledge is limited at best. With his formal training being in social work, he lacks the knowledge and experience to perform at the level needed to help him succeed. He will absolutely need someone's coat tails to ride to success.
