      Good company to consider, better work life balance

      Pros

      Management trust in employee. Initially joined as a client side consultant, but later I was given flexi work hours in an internal project, half day work from home option when I had my baby.. that was a huge plus!

      Cons

      Small company office in Bangalore, which got on the verge of closing down .. though a big and stable office in Mumbai still existed.

      If you sre fresher or SE tgen its s company you can learn and grow. Oppurtunitys will be available for short client site implementation. Greater responsibilities will be jeevan given early on.

      Cons

      Too much politics nowadays. Poor technology growth and after some time redundant.
