      Don't fall in the trap

      Good for managers, Sr, Managers

      Cons

      Communication is big problem. KTs are not not given / not properly given. Infrastructure is not good. (No /Not good laptops, speakers for KTs, Projectors). No work life balance. Make seniors-manager etc group and give torture o juniors. One year fresher bond and then screw them up like slaves. Piracy softwares for teamviewer etc.

      Good for starting with IT

      Pros

      Good exposure to project and it's architecture. Product based company with good clients.

      Cons

      Slightly old technologies used in products. As a start for new ones is OK. All majority of works given to old staff which is truly discouragement for others.
