Pros
Culture over here is the main reason being with this organization. When you wake up in the morning and thinking of going office is usually a pain but here it's nothing like that! Spending time in this company and working with team make me feel home. Tremendous opportunity for exploration and innovation on old/new technologies, undoubtedly all the ideas are embraced without any kind of biasness. If you capable in maintaining professional decorum then none of the elements are beyond your reach here.
Cons
If you are unwilling to use your creativity and technical expertise, not producing quality work in your day to day working life then sorry to say, your leaders will not let this happen over a long period time :-)
