      Negative work life balance: Saturday's Sunday's working + public holidays working Zero management in EVERY project: No management tools, Unrealistic timelines for development, assumption of everything working and when you dive into code, MANY things are just unavailable, No clear requirements, development happens on assumption basis and then tooo much rework POLITICS TO THE CORE. TOXIC WORK CULTURE where you have to BECOME TOXIC as well to thrive. This is for ALL PROJECTS not just one. Be mindful before joining!!

      Don't join Aurionpro if you are working at Client site.

      Pros

      Not good to work at client site. My advice not work for Indian client specially bank domain, you will get pay but no respect that sure from client and your own company.

      Cons

      The company will not help you if you are located at client site they will only tell you to resign and go.
