      Pros

      After getting in the organization you will be able to dive in any field of your interest as there is no structure to this organization. L1 can do L2's job, L3 can do L1's job, you could assist SOC team with their tasks, you could assist at any level and nobody will stop you. Can crack interview with zero efforts as the interviewers themselves arent experienced enough.

      Cons

      Lack of structure to the organization. No SOPs (you'll be tasked with creating them if you're unfortunate enough). It's like a fish market filled with incompetent people.
