watch out from HR and management .

Not much , typical consulting company

Cons

-> doesn't pay bonus on time and no transparency -> Weak Management and HR -> Performance Appraisal is a joke and waste of time . -> top to bottom management is worst , no growth plan -> limited or no communication between team members

Pros

Based on banking domain , product based organization . Salary structure can be negotiated , being small organisation , employee will not face.relocation problem.

Cons

No technology , need to follow its own framework in your whole career ,no standard maintained at workstation. Lot of politics going on at management level ,seems third class organisation.
