Pros
Austco provides a great working environment and has given me a lot of valuable hands-on experience. The role exposes me to many different healthcare technology systems, integrations, devices, servers, networks, and third-party platforms, which has helped me build a stronger technical skill set.
Cons
One of the main challenges is the lack of advancement opportunities. I have been with the company for years without a raise or promotion, despite consistently putting in strong effort and taking on significant responsibilities. My work ethic has never been the issue; it feels like there is a genuine lack of room for career progression within the company.
