I would view this a true entry level position and the room for growth is quite limited.

Horrible management and HR. Nothing is confidential. If you won't be their puppet then they will fire you immediately without notice. The Tellers are very unprofessional and the manager has Zero communication skills. They advertise as a bank but focus more on Credit building. Never worked at a bank that wanted to close accounts and not open new relationships. High Employee turnover.
