      Pros

      Erik, the CEO is a well intentioned and kind man that treats all employees with respect.

      Cons

      This work environment is extremely toxic. Individuals have been promoted too quickly and have little to know leadership abilities, which essentially created an environment that was toxic. Moreover, the turnover rate is astronomical because of the overall poor management. I would not recommend Austin Capitol Bank or Credit Strong to my worst enemy.

      Pros

      Free onsite massages, good health insurance, lots of growth opportunities within the bank, an ability to pioneer in many aspects of your job.

      Cons

      The company is growing very rapidly and there are pros and cons with that. If you are used to ever-changing, fast-paced working environment, this is definitely the place to be. You must be ready to train on the job and be comfortable with it.
