      Good insurance benefits and good pay

      Cons

      Horrible management and HR. Nothing is confidential. If you won't be their puppet then they will fire you immediately without notice. The Tellers are very unprofessional and the manager has Zero communication skills. They advertise as a bank but focus more on Credit building. Never worked at a bank that wanted to close accounts and not open new relationships. High Employee turnover.

      Pros

      Erik, the CEO is a well intentioned and kind man that treats all employees with respect.

      Cons

      This work environment is extremely toxic. Individuals have been promoted too quickly and have little to know leadership abilities, which essentially created an environment that was toxic. Moreover, the turnover rate is astronomical because of the overall poor management. I would not recommend Austin Capitol Bank or Credit Strong to my worst enemy.
