      One of the Best GC's in Dallas

      Pros

      Employee stock program, interesting projects, and have taken care of employees throughout market downturns. As far as large GC's go, I believe either Austin or Beck are the top commercial GC to work for in Dallas.

      Cons

      Like with any GC, you can get placed on a project where leadership is difficult. I was lucky to be part of a great team, but I know that isn't always the case.
