There’s a strong culture of loyalty with many long-tenured employee-owners, and plenty of opportunities to learn from experienced colleagues with 20+ years at the company. At the same time, it’s becoming more common to see younger employees moving into management roles, creating a good balance of experience and fresh perspectives.

Cons

There are no specific cons with the company itself; however, one challenge common in the construction field is project location. When projects are not close to where you live, the options are often limited to either temporarily relocating or managing a long daily commute.

Great team in the Houston region. Been with this company for about 5 months. I see it as a small town feel and big city dreams. To better elaborate, they have an open door policy where no matter your status or title in the company, they’ll hear you out with any situation bad or good. There’s always a helping hand on training new people coming in getting them familiar with the The culture set fourth by Austin Commercial employee owners who have been here for upwards of 40+ years.

Cons

I personally have not seen a con in this company so far nor could I say one honest bad thing about this company.
