The district has a curriculum with lots of resources to use. The salary is competitive to surrounding districts

Cons

A lot of PE programs are given entire grade levels at a time. This causes a huge increase in behavior issues and stunts growth towards students goals in PE. This is coming from someone that is co teaching with a PE teacher.
