Good opportunity for lateral job moves and growth into higher positions

Cons

Lowest paid of all surrounding school districts. You can literally go one school district over and make 10k more a year. Because of a diverse student population, new initiatives are constantly being tried out, so you have to be able to adapt quickly to change.
