Great schools and great children to work with. The teachers are great as well

Cons

Pay is low for the work that is expected. To much focus on standardized test.

Access to more than enough instructional materials Support from administration has been fair I like that teachers can have tattoos (appropriate) without having to cover them up

Cons

No proper training on instructional materials (especially teachers new to the district) Low salary due to TRS & Social Security being taken out of each pay check
