Poor management, irresponsible spending, lack of direction, corruption of leadership, lack of consistency, Human Resources does not take action to support employee claims of misconduct and maltreatment by leadership even when there is substantial evidence presented, pay into TRS and Social Security so salaries that appear competitive are actually lower than most in the area after double deductions.
