Specialists and Interventionists are very helpful. Very diverse.

Cons

No support from HR, hard to get ahold of, name change was difficult after getting married, and district lesson plans are hard to follow. Overall, I believe this district has gotten too big to manage appropriately.

Pros

I enjoy working with the district and have been employed in different ways over the year. There is room for advancement. The district provides resources for interventions and it is also contingent on the campus.

Cons

There could be a wider range of resources for bilingual students and clearer guidelines from the district as to multilingual education- what it looks like and what is needed. This is especially important for newer teachers.
