My first principal in AISD was absolutely amazing and supportive.

Cons

She left and the new principal to come in was the exact opposite. The new one is who pushed me out of a school that I loved and out of education entirely.

Educate staff on mental health wellness, diversity, equity, and inclusion. My administration has been amazing. Calendar work year is awesome since I have a child.

Cons

Support district level is not where it needs to be. A lot of sped and behavior issues with students and no-one can really ever answer us. The safety issue was heart breaking and
