Everyone here is SO nice and genuinely supports your learning and professional and personal growth. Anyone who comes into clinic can tell that everyone here is passionate about their job, whether they came in with retina experience or not.

Cons

Depending on the clinic schedule/location, there can be long travel days or occasionally weekend work (depends on position).
