Thank you so much for your review. It looks like your 3 star experience is well below our target goal for our employee experience, so let me extend our apologies for that. Three weeks of PTO is what we offer to new hires plus holidays and that covers vacation and sick time. We do offer maternity leave, although it's not a paid leave. Some employers may offer more or less PTO or even a paid maternity leave, but we do feel that we are overall pretty competitive on our overall compensation, benefits and time-off package. I encourage any employees to speak to their supervisor about pay rate concerns so we can discuss options. Most jobs at Austin Retina do offer the opportunity for career progression and all jobs include an annual performance review with (typically) a pay increase. Please consult your supervisor or HR and we will do our level best to find solutions to all of your concerns.

Thanks for your honest review! We wish we had more details on your concerns but thanks for the feedback, nonetheless. Always striving to get better. We are working on a new benefits plan now, so hopefully that will address any concerns our current staff have. We have some employee surveys coming up to hopefully dig into how we can continue striving to remain a top tier employer in the healthcare arena!
