-you’ll find friendships here that will turn into a second family. - you’ll get plenty of OT since you are over worked. -scrubs. -Holiday pay -Being able to travel all over TX

Cons

-overworked for LITTLE pay -supervisors pick favorites -the lazy employees get more money than the hard working -Doctors will let you know your replaceable -HR and CEO dont care about you

Pros

They will let you do things you aren’t trained to do, which is nerve racking but you can learn new skills fast this way.

Cons

The whole place is always unnecessary stressful. The drama between employees, the no one can legally drive but we have to drive to other clinics, the low pay and long hours. My advice, if you have no skills and need to learn some, start here and then go find a higher paying job once you’ve perfected your skills.
