Whether it’s helping a team member who is going through a tough time at home, mentoring staff to facilitate their growth, or recognizing someone for their contributions, we’ve shown caring in a lot of ways. But it’s possible - it seems - that we let down a few people along the way. We can only hope that we get a chance to make it right before another review like this one comes in.
