Authentic's culture brings entrepreneurial energy to all levels of the business. Perfect for someone looking to build a career in the industry. Discounts are an amazing perk, as well as giveaways which seem to occur every few weeks.

Cons

Don't expect a typical 9-5 experience. The consequence of being a part of such a fast growing organization is that a lot will be asked of you. Be prepared to put in lots of extra hours, and to have your calendar perpetually booked during the day.

The location is amazing as it is conveniently situated in Times Square. The offices are very modern and clean facilities that are temperature controlled. The company offers a fully stocked kitchen, so you won't go hungry. There are also plenty of opportunities to be challenged as it is a successful company that is growth oriented. I've found most employees to be dedicated, intelligent, and friendly.

Cons

I have yet to discover anything substantially noteworthy on this front.
