Pros

The pay and benefits are decent her. A very energetic work atmosphere that can be a little 'wolf of wall street'.

Cons

Do not expect any opportunities to advance or receive raises that keep up with inflation. My experience was that managers expect you to work independently with little or no training and to stay in your lane even if you ask to do more.

Pros

Free seltzer was always stocked in the mornings

Cons

Echoing the other reviews: nepotism, low pay, no room for advancement, bullying, long hours, vacation is discouraged and they will still call/email, woman-on-woman hate, etc etc etc. As a woman, you will be made to feel incompetent and harassed for asking for help. You will be told "no" to every mention of advancement, raise, and help with the extreme workload. They will refuse to hire positions that are essential, even though they continue to buy brands and expand the job duties. Instead, they dump the work on those remaining and tell you it's part of the job. If you read these reviews and still think you might want to work at Non-Authentic, at least work under Entertainment. The Lifestyle department will ruin your life.

Pros

Good salary Broad portfolio Brand discounts and free clothes you probably wont wear. A somewhat honest attempt at internal promotions (more on that later)

Cons

Incredibly ironic company name whose core business is buying brands out of bankruptcy and spinning them off into whatever vertical they can find a licensee for. The work environment, as the president said himself on a company all-hands, is best described as "Draconian". The place runs like a clubhouse for friends of the Salter family and other executives. My team was on a hiring freeze and subsequently hired 4 new employees - all of which were products of nepotism. While the company tries to do a good job with internal promotion (I was promoted at 11 months), you question a fair shot at true leadership positions when 3 team members of equal seniority were children of the C-suite. Surprised to see a company of this size fail to invest in infrastructure like IT and other basic business tools. Our Wi-Fi went out and they refused to send people home, worried about the example it would set. We received an email saying it was fixed, only for it to break an additional 2 days. Many corporate files were housed on a single Dropbox account, which was HACKED. Strongly disapprove of the CEO and his leadership style. Once I was told I had to come into the office on Fridays, "in case Jamie is touring an investor or one of his friends". General air of misogyny in his comments during internal meetings despite so many female hires. You might see an email from HR welcoming suggestions, but I promise nobody is listening.
