Pros
For all of the complaining on here, it is mostly about treatment of the employees and nepotism at the executive level. In my short time here, I have observed that things are a bit unconventional, but not much outside of the norm in sports and entertainment. It is fast-paced, demanding and there is inevitable nepotism with a family-owned company, but the company continues to scale and partner with bigger and bigger names, who wouldn't want to be part of that? I have not personally experienced any of the majority of complaints in here. This is a sink or swim environment, and I choose swim. I don't mind the hours being outside of a typical 9-5 and comp feels fair, especially because bonus upside is good and employees get discounts on all of the brands.
Cons
A lot of processes and systems are a bit disjointed. Need more organization as the global company scales.
